Teams that got their headspace back

Mikhail, Operations Manager, Small Business

" Business onboarding was surprisingly quick - uploaded our company docs and got approved before the end of the day. Inviting contractors takes literally a minute via email link, and payouts reach their local cards or bank accounts within a few hours. "
G2.com

Claire S., Chief Finance Officer, Mid-Market

" One agreement and one platform to organize this process reduced so much administrative follow-up. Our finance team particularly values that it doesn't have to manage separate payout workflows or manually track onboarding requirements. "

How deep do you want to go?

Choose your payroll involvement level

I don't want to know

Your contractors get legalized income for residence permits and Digital Nomad visas — automatically. Your investors see a clean audit trail. Your team grows from 15 to 70, and the payment process stays invisible. You never open a spreadsheet again.

Slack pings when it’s done

Your candidate in Tbilisi doesn't wait three weeks for a contract. The one in Madrid doesn't hear that full-time isn't possible in her country. You send the offer, we handle whichever model fits — contractors start in a day, employees in days. No entity, no three-month wait.

Show me everything

One B2B invoice instead of hundreds of contracts and payslips. Fixed rates, so the number you budgeted is the number you pay. Nobody presses "Pay" without an approval. When the auditor asks how you pay and employ people in 23 countries, you show them one vendor relationship.

Auto-pilot mode

You stop reconciling four providers across twelve countries. Contractors get paid on the day you promised. Employees get local contracts, benefits and filings on deadline — including the exits nobody wants to handle. You go back to being an HR leader instead of a payroll specialist.

The questions

Keeping you from clicking that button
Which countries can you actually pay and employ in?
200+ countries, for contractors and full-time employees alike. Contractors are paid in 120+ local currencies, usually within a day. For employees we handle the local contract, payroll, taxes and benefits — and tell you the full monthly cost for that country upfront.
plus icon
What does it cost — per contractor and per employee?
$50 flat whenever you pay: the contract with IP assignment, identity and compliance checks, local delivery, tax documents, audit trail. From $200 per employee per month: local employment contract, payroll, taxes, statutory benefits, government filings.
plus icon
Contractor or employee — how do we decide?
If someone works to their own schedule for several clients, a contractor relationship usually holds up. If you direct their day, they're on your org chart, or local law and your insurance treat the role as employment, you employ them. It depends on the country and on the role, so bring us the specific case on a call and we'll tell you which model fits — and if it changes later, you can convert someone from contractor to employee without re-onboarding them.
plus icon
If something goes wrong, whose problem is it?
Ours. Contractors sign with our entity, not yours. Employees are employed by ours. That's the difference between a payments tool and a Contractor or Employer of Record: with a tool, the contracts and the liability stay with you.

Get the number for your case

Tell us the countries, the roles and how you pay people today. We'll show you which model fits and what it costs — no obligation to move anything.
