Kleos is now a UK trademark

One more reason to trust us with your payroll

You're about to hand a vendor your contractor agreements, your invoicing trail, and the paperwork an auditor will one day ask for.

Fair question: will this company still exist in five years?

Here's our answer, in the form of a certificate.

As of 31 July 2026, Kleos is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom. Number UK00004374780, effective 17 April 2026. Classes 35 and 42.

That's the paperwork. Three things it means.

The name is protected in the category we actually work in. Not "Kleos" as a decorative word. Kleos for contractor onboarding documentation, contractor agreements, invoicing workflows, and payout administration. The registration gives us grounds to act against anyone trading under the name in that space in the UK.

It says something about our time horizon. Trademark registration is slow. Ours took three and a half months from filing to the register, and that's a clean run. Companies planning to exist for one funding cycle don't bother.

We were already in the IP business. Every contract Kleos generates assigns IP from the contractor to you. It would be strange to build that and leave our own name unprotected.

Trust isn't a thing you claim in a hero section. It's a stack of unglamorous documents. ISO/IEC 27001. GDPR compliance. And now an entry in a registry in Newport, Wales.

We'll keep collecting them.
